The Opportunity
This is a self-employed adviser role, ideal for an individual who wants to develop and manage a growing client base under the umbrella of a modern, ambitious firm.
You will operate under the Piccadilly Wealth brand and advice proposition, with access to a proven advice framework, compliance support, and structured processes.
We can provide high quality firm-generated enquiries, supported by ongoing investment in marketing.
Any clients you already have or generate through your own effort or via leads provided, are fully recognised through a transparent revenue split.
Advice is delivered both locally in the office and nationally via video call.
How You Will Work

Use our Saffron Walden office as your primary professional base and meeting location.

Meeting clients face to face and virtually

Working a blend of firm-provided leads and relationships you originate

Delivering advice within a well-established proposition and compliance framework

Managing your own diary, pipeline and activity to build a sustainable ongoing portfolio of clients

Use our systems, tools and established advice process to deliver compliant, holistic financial planning and ongoing client reviews
Key Responsibilities

Build and grow a client base, converting firm-provided enquiries and your own network

Develop strong, long-term client relationships built on trust, clarity and regular contact

Translate clients’ ambition and concerns into personalised financial plans

Provide regulated advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning (within your competence and FCA permissions)

Conduct regular ongoing reviews to ensure clients remain aligned with their goals

Maintain comprehensive and compliant client records in line with FCA requirements and internal procedures

Meet all CPD, competence and regulatory obligations required of a financial adviser
Key Skills and Attributes

Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to listen deeply, build rapport quickly and communicate with clarity

Confident discussing financial goals, risks, priorities and trade-offs in a calm, professional and reassuring manner

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to completing)

Comfortable and motivated to build a client base over time, supported by firm-provided leads and structured processes

Professional, organised and reliable, with a preference for being office-based while retaining flexibility

Organised, self-motivated and proactive in business development.

Able to work office-first, with some flexibility for home-working.
Commercial Terms

Competitive revenue split on adviser-generated and firm-generated business.

Piccadilly-generated enquiries provided as part of the support package, alongside office facilities, systems, and a structured advice framework.
